Vegan Food to Try

Agelgil Vegetarian Combo

$20.60

A vegan platter with stews, greens, salad, beets, and teff injera.

“We ordered the large Agelgil Vegetarian Combo for two. It would have easily fed three. My favorite of those was whichever I had last tasted, I couldn’t decide! We asked about the beet salad expressing that we liked it, and the owner brought extra! So flavorful, so tasty. We also had the sambusa, which was excellent. Stuffed with deliciously spiced lentils encased in a flaky crisp fried dough. Reasonably priced, and lovely service, I’ll be back.”

Lentils Sambusa

$3.00

Crisp pastry filled with spiced lentils; it is vegan.

“AMAZING perfectly cooked sambusa’s. Delicious vegetarian combo platter. The “large” is huge. Unless really hungry the regular size will probably do. Service is friendly. The atmosphere is warm. Bar area had TVs playing the Seahawks game. Definitely a good locals vibe. Will make this a regular spot for sure.”
