As a person who has eaten at many different Etheopian restaurants across the united states, this place stands out. The portions were generous, the food was fresh, the flavor and spice on point. The price point while slightly higher than most of the Etheopian restaurants ive been to, seemed reasonable for Seattle. I split the meat and veggie combo for 2 with a friend. We both have big appetites and still had enough food leftover for a personal meal the next day. I will definately be coming back. Overall great value, exceptional flavor, good ambiance and clean bathrooms, what more could you ask for?

I can confidently say that this is the best Ethiopian restaurant in Seattle. I have been visiting for a long time, and over the last four years, the food quality, atmosphere, and service have remained unchanged… the consistency is amazing. Each dish bursts with authentic flavors that transport me straight to back Home, and the injera is always perfectly soft and tangy. The staff greets you like family, making every visit feel like a warm reunion. Even during busy hours, they manage to maintain a level of attentiveness that is hard to find elsewhere. I often recommend this gem to friends, and they always leave raving about their experience.

Had dinner here on December 12. First time having Ethiopian food. Tremendous. Had the vegetarian combo and the meat combo. The teff injera bread was go good and so different from anything any of the four of us has ever had. Boxed up what we couldn't finish and mixed with eggs for breakfast the following morning. Still just tremendous. When back in Seattle in February will be back here again! Highly recommend!
